TRU Staffing Partners Adds Staff on East and West Coasts
Leslie Witalis and Annette Habib join the company to increase client support
New York – March 19, 2013 – TRU Staffing Partners, a nationally recognized, award-winning search firm representing talent and opportunities in the e-discovery and litigation support space, today announced the addition of Leslie Witalis as an e-discovery recruiter in San Francisco and Annette Habib as the national operations manager in New York.
As an e-discovery recruiter at the company, Witalis is responsible for providing support to the West Coast manager of recruiting and the Midwest manager of recruiting. In addition, she is responsible for prospecting, soliciting and successfully engaging candidates in the AmLaw 200, Fortune 1000 and e-discovery service provider and consulting space.
Prior to joining TRU, Witalis was in the human resources department at Winston & Strawn LLP in New York. “Recruiting was my favorite part of working in-house at a major law firm,” says Witalis. “I had heard that TRU was looking to add a recruiter to the San Francisco market, so I found Jared at LegalTech 2013 to apply for the job. Three weeks later, I was a member of Team TRU!”
“Leslie is one of the most motivated young professionals I have had the pleasure of mentoring,” says TRU President Jared Coseglia. “I am abundantly confident she will quickly develop trusted relationships in the e-discovery community and deepen our ability to service the San Francisco market.”
As the national operations manager, Annette Habib works closely with the entire TRU staff as well as all active clients and candidates within the TRU portfolio. “Annette manages the daily workflow and logistics for all of TRU’s clients, candidates, recruiters and executive staff. She will also be a key player in TRU’s rapidly growing temporary staffing business,” explains Coseglia.
Prior to joining TRU, Habib worked at Huron Consulting Group in New York where she provided executive-level support to the legal technology division’s sales, document review and project management teams. “TRU is definitely the most fast-paced environment I have worked in,” says Habib. “The team here is inspiring and the work is challenging. Just in the sheer volume of activity we experience in scheduling interviews on a daily basis, I can tell this will be a stable, profitable and growing community of professionals over the next several years.”
Habib and Witalis are two of three new hires to join TRU Staffing Partners in the month of February, with Laney Altamar also coming on as senior vice president of business development and executive placement. TRU now boasts eight agents in six major U.S. cities. TRU CFO/COO Drew Brody comments, “If the demand for e-discovery talent continues at this rate, I won’t be surprised if TRU is well over a staff of 10 people by 2014.”
