Seeking a PMO Project Manager, who will preferably reside in the Houston area. This position is responsible for providing expert level management of multiple concurrent projects throughout the project lifecycle; consulting with and leading project teams, including firm's personnel, contractors and vendors; business process analysis, including process mapping and engineering; business analysis, including elicitation and documentation of business requirements.
Candidates must have an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the project management process, PMI project management best practices, process analysis and best practices for business analysis. Expert ability with MS Visio 2010 and MS Project 2010 is required. Proficiency in MS Office software is required. Knowledge of software and IT systems, and or financial services systems and applications, commonly deployed in a law firm environment is extremely helpful.
Must possess strong supervisory, teamwork, organizational and project management skills; exceptional  communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with all firm personnel at varying levels; strong collaboration, problem solving and influencing skills; ability to effectively translate technical information – about environments, tools and controls –  to project teams in terms they are able understand and customize tasks for each project in a way that is strategic, risk averse and cost effective; ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, be flexible and adaptable, resolve problems and maintain a calm demeanor.  Excellent written, verbal, listening, analytical, negotiation and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks effectively; handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and see projects through to completion in a timely manner; think critically throughout the project process and proactively identify potential problems and impending potential issues.  Job requires flexibility with hours and work during non-traditional business hours when case deadlines demand and occasional travel to other office locations. 
Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent experience is required. PMI or IIBA certification is preferred. Experience working in a law firm is helpful but not a requirement. Managing at an enterprise level SharePoint program or project preferred. .

Responsibilities/Duties 
The Project Manager is the Contractor manager with primary responsibility for all support provided to a particular case. Project Managers will generally be responsible for more than one active case at a time; a caseload of six to ten "moderately active, moderately-sized" cases will be typical, with several of the cases possibly in the discovery and/or document coding stage, one case in trial, several in the deposition preparation/witness binder stage, etc. Extremely large or active cases may reduce the number of other cases handled by a Project Manager. In mammoth cases, involving, for example, more than 10 million pages, more than one Project Manager may be assigned to a case. The Project Manager is the Government's primary point of contact for all support for the case. The Project Manager will have frequent contact with the COR, Government Case Managers, trial attorneys, client agency staff, and sometimes even opposing counsel. The Project Manager is responsible for planning and managing all support for the case, including monitoring work flow, progress reporting, identifying and assigning staff, budget development and tracking, coordinating technical/data processing support, and obtaining other required resources. Performs an active quality assurance role to ensure high quality work delivered on time. Ensures that proper security is maintained overall project materials, in accordance with Department security procedures. Coordinates with other Contractor components to deliver project support. When operating out of a Document Center, the Project Manager's work may be subject to coordination or direction by the Lead Project Manager. 
 Qualifications 
 At least four years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience on major litigation support projects, including proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys. Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing support activities. Requires expert knowledge of litigation support; outstanding writing skills; excellent oral communication skills; and excellent management skills. Must be able to anticipate litigation support needs and develop and execute detailed plans for addressing those needs. Requires knowledge of the Government's data processing environment in which the work is to be performed, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, and internet and server-based databases and other applications, such as but not limited to Oracle, Concordance, Summation, and Trial Director. Should be an expert user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems. Undergraduate degree required. Responsibilities/Duties. 
The Lead Project Manager is a senior level Project Manager with responsibilities for coordinating the efforts of several Project Managers, either on one mammoth project, or for large numbers of projects typically at a Document Center. The Lead Project Manager will usually work out of a Government-funded Document Center, although there may be situations in which the Lead Project Manager works out of a Contractor-provided facility. Extraordinarily large, multi-facility "Document Centers" may require more than one such Lead Project Manager; small Document Centers may not require any Lead Project Managers. The Lead Project Manager generally reports directly to the Division Contract Director or to a Deputy. The Lead Project Manager directs and coordinates all Document Center resources, including subordinate Project Manager staff and other staff resources. In Document Centers which support more than one case, the Lead Project Manager must carry his/her own caseload, in addition to performing lead/coordinating duties. In addition to Project Manager responsibilities, as described below under Project Manager, the Lead Project Manager consults with the COR and Government Case Managers concerning overall Document Center operations, scheduling, work assignments, staffing, progress reporting, security, etc. The Lead Project Manager is responsible for overall quality assurance and timeliness of delivery for all work performed out of the Document Center. The Lead Project Manager also performs overall coordinating functions with other Contractor components. 
 Qualifications. 
At least six years of progressively more responsible experience in major litigation support projects, including at least one year of Project Manager experience or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing support activities. Demonstrated ability to interact with attorneys on complex support activities. Demonstrated working knowledge of the Government’s and Contractor’s IT environment in which the work is to be performed, as well as Contractor’s “standard solutions” for e-discovery, e.g., Clearwell, Content Analyst, Relativity, etc. Must be able to anticipate litigation support needs and develop and execute detailed plans for addressing needs. The project manager is responsible for the overall health of the projects they are delegated and will serve as the primary client contact.  
Project manager candidates should have no less than 1 year of experience with the Relativity platform.  
Relativity certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities (not limited to):  

Ensure that project specifications have been gathered and ensure proper database setup.  
Configuration and training of  culling platform.
Assist with development and creation of review workflow, coding layouts and coding options.
Conduct client reviewer training using Relativity. 
Responsible for ensuring that all deadlines (data processing, loading, productions) are properly identified and met.

Firm is currently seeking a Practice Technology Analyst who will reside in the Houston office. Guided by the eData Practice Technology department's objectives and priorities, the Analyst acts as the primary technical resource on all eDiscovery and litigation support matters. This position is responsible for automating, implementing, providing support, and administration of litigation support and e-discovery applications and systems as directed by the Regional Managers and Firm Wide Managers. The Analyst is required to work closely with Project Managers and vendors to achieve quality results for the legal case teams and ensure client service and satisfaction is attained in all areas of the position.
Key success factors to this position are the ability to consistently provide a high degree of client service and having technical operational knowledge of internal and external eDiscovery litigation support platforms and processes. This includes creating and administering databases using eData applications for the individual case matters; performing automated batch imports, exports of transcripts, documents and other data between litigation systems and for specific use of the case team; and performing technical production of data either in electronic format or as hardcopy, including generating the actual production in the required production format.
This position will also be required to manage the secure and stable transfer of client data and create master versions of CD/DVD-ROMs and external drives for required deliverables; and ensure the quality control of deliverables to determine if they are sound and can be utilized for the purposes that they were intended. This position reports to the Sr. Project Manager of Practice Technology and does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements: Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree or have at least two years of relevant experience. Candidates must have the ability to effectively manage technical and quality issues with eDiscovery and Litigation Support providers; excellent team work skills and strong client-service orientation; and the ability to work concurrently on projects and flexibility in shifting focus. Candidates will preferably have a minimum of one year of experience in litigation support or another technical analyst role and/or at least one year of law firm experience working across multiple offices.
