Digital Marketing Specialist (VENDOR)

Our client, a rapidly growing, reputable legal technology provider, is seeking to add a Digital Marketing Specialist to its busy Houston team. The successful candidate should have some experience in digital marketing; however, a legal technology background is not necessary. Candidates should have CRM experience; Hubspot experience is preferred. Additionally, applicants must understand optimizing presence on SEO, SEM, PPC, display, social media and more. This is a job for a thought leader who wants a voice and a seat at the table--someone who wants to grow with an organization, take initiative and control of projects and make an impact on the organization. Primary Responsibilities
  • Designs and implements digital initiatives to support lead generations, brands goals and increased sales
  • Identifies, creates and adapts content appropriately for use across digital channels
  • Manages organic and paid search including keyword sourcing, content and ad creation, bench-marking and optimization
  • Manages regular content updates for corporate website and landing pages including implementation of videos, blogs, social media and other content strategies
  • Produces marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms
  • Owns the social media channel by developing overall strategy and calendar of published activity
  • Monitors social activity and responds to build our presence and voice within communities
  • Understands the customer journey and pipeline stages to recommend appropriate strategies and resources to optimize and advance the lead through the funnel
  • Monitors competitor activity, strategies and rankings
  • Understands evolving market trends with digital marketing and consumer habits

  • Several years’ experience in Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Lead generation
  • Nurtures marketing
  • Oversees automation, content development and distribution
  • Manages Search Engine Optimization (SEO) / Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Segmentation
Education
  • Bachelor's degree
  • CRM Certifications a plus
