TRU Makes Job Searching Easier - Again!

We get it – hiring in 2022 is not the same as it was before the pandemic. There are new considerations, new policies and permissions, and new work environments. Speed of hire has also become a critical factor in any organization's ability to successfully attract and hire talent before someone else does. TRU is committed to making it easier for employers and jobs seekers to find the right fits faster in the current climate. 

Starting today, TRU has introduced a new, visual way to quickly sort through some of the most fundamental questions candidates have about jobs right now: Is the job in an office, work-from-home, or hybrid? Is there a vaccine mandate? Are employees required to wear a mask in the office? TRU is introducing icons for all our jobs that will appear in both the TRU Hot Jobs weekly newsletter and on our social media posts to help candidates quickly differentiate roles' requirements related to these three questions.

 

Vaccine Required

This image will denote that a given role/organization requires vaccination as a term of employment. *Note that there are sometimes, but not always, certain medical or religious exemptions.

 

Mask Required

This image will accompany any in-office or hybrid roles that require a mask to be worn while in the office. 

 

 

In-Office

This image notes which of our roles require employees to be back in the office full time (four days a week or more).

 

 

Work-from-Home

This image notes which of our roles are 100% remote with no expectation of coming to an office in the future.

 

 

Hybrid Schedule

This image will accompany those of our roles that are offering a hybrid in-office/work-from-home schedule.
