TRU Staffing Partners, a globally recognized award-winning search firm representing talent and opportunities in data privacy, cybersecurity, and e-discovery, today announces the release of their new Amazon Alexa skill, which currently provides TRU’s Tip of the Week and Top 3 from their weekly Hot Jobs Newsletter. The newsletter features immediate openings in the core disciplines of data privacy, e-discovery, and cybersecurity as well as real-time guidance and advice to job seekers read by over 22,000 subscribers weekly.

TRU prides itself on providing tens of thousands of legal professionals, hiring managers, and industry leaders with global job market insights, career advancement opportunities, access to specialized talent, and advice on being a healthier, wealthier professional throughout its ten years of service to the community. Now, with the TRU Staffing Partners Alexa skill, weekly tips and real-time professional guidance for professionals in data privacy, cybersecurity, e-discovery, information governance, legal operations, and project management are accessible through Amazon’s voice-activated technology.

To get the Tip of the Week, ask Alexa to enable the TRU Staffing Partners skill from any Alexa device, or search under the Skills & Games section of the Alexa app. Users of the TRU Alexa skill do not need to create an account or to share any additional information to engage. Once enabled, ask Alexa to “Open TRU Staffing Partners” and, after the prompt, “What’s the TRU Tip?” After hearing the TRU Tip, you’ll be asked if you want to hear the weekly Top 3. The company also has plans to add the ability to receive real-time job notifications when jobs hit the market.

“The use of Alexa devices as part of our daily workflow adds a new dimension to our communication and collaboration strategies at TRU, especially since we have always and will always be a work-from-home culture,” says TRU founder and CEO Jared Coseglia. “Information often gets lost in email inboxes. Giving our clients and candidates the ability to engage with TRU and our vast library of content through Amazon’s revolutionary Alexa devices aims to add unique access and fun to the partnership we share with those we represent.”

TRU invites all professionals, even those that do not specialize in the data privacy, e-discovery, and cybersecurity verticals, to enable this skill. Though delivered through the prism of their particular but expanding area of expertise, analysis derived from TRU executives often, if not always, speaks to broader trends in the U.S. and global marketplace.
