TRU Staffing Partners, an award-winning search firm representing talent and opportunities in the e-discovery and litigation support space, today announced that the company has hired two new recruiters to join its team of experts. The addition of the new recruiters will allow TRU to expand its existing services into all geographic markets on a national level, as well as open new emerging staffing verticals that directly relate to the current and future states of the legal technology job market.

Katelyn King joins TRU as an e-discovery recruiter for the company, with a focus on the Midwest region, including Texas, Atlanta, St. Louis, Indiana, Milwaukee and Minnesota. She will also be deeply involved in recruiting and representing talent in the Information Security and Cyber Security vertical on a national level. King graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She also proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, managing field operations with 10 marines under her command.

Tammy Hutchinson joins TRU as an e-discovery recruiter, with a focus on Washington, D.C., Ohio, Tennessee and Florida. She will be deeply involved in recruiting and representing talent in the Information Governance vertical on a national level. Prior to joining TRU, Hutchinson successfully provided leadership and management to assist in launching three professional employer organizations in Ohio and Arizona. She comes to TRU with extensive knowledge in Human Resources, Recruiting, Sales, and Business Development. Hutchinson graduated cum laude from Franklin University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.

“Katelyn and Tammy have already proven to be incredible assets and phenomenal talent acquisitions for TRU in the few short weeks they have been here. Their combined 25-plus years of recruiting experience have given TRU the bandwidth to offer representation for e-discovery professionals in every market across the country. No city is too big or too small for TRU,” stated Jared Coseglia, president of TRU Staffing Partners. “Additionally, their talents will be utilized to help TRU service new job markets, including Information Governance, Information and Cyber Security, Investigative Research, Privacy, and Technology Assisted and Managed Review. We believe these areas of discipline will be in high demand in the coming years and will serve as likely avenues for e-discovery professionals to shift their career focus and expertise.”

In addition to King and Hutchinson, TRU has committed seasoned New York-based recruiter Annette Habib to oversee the growth and representation of Privacy Consultants and Technology Assisted and Managed Review Professionals, and tenured West Coast-based recruiter Leslie Witalis to serve as point person for TRU’s existing and growing Forensic Staffing Practice.
