Explosive job market demand and expansion of services accelerate TRU’s growth and global recruitment infrastructure

NEW YORK – January 23, 2019 – TRU Staffing Partners, an award-winning search firm representing talent and opportunities in cybersecurity, e-discovery and privacy, today announces the company has made multiple new hires and promoted a number of core employees within the organization to meet global market demands from new and existing clients as well as elevate the caliber of customer service and maturity of representation being provided to TRU’s ever-expanding portfolio of talent.

Kristin Sullivan has been promoted to manager of recruitment and account management, having previously been promoted from talent scout to national recruiter. “Kristin’s instrumental contribution to growing TRU’s privacy and security segments coupled with her ferocious tenacity for attracting e-discovery talent for TRU representation, specifically our ESI contract staffing business, has demanded recognition and elevation in our organization and the community,” says TRU CEO Jared Coseglia.

Robert Goll, like Sullivan, is a product of TRU’s innovative talent scout training program. Goll joined TRU last year as a talent scout and is now being promoted to national recruiter. “Bobby has proven that smarts, hard work, dedication and an uncanny thirst for learning about people and their careers can propel someone’s success here at TRU,” adds Coseglia. “As a national recruiter, Bobby will support our managers of recruitment and account management in sourcing and delivering talent in cybersecurity, privacy and e-discovery.”

Rachael Haher joined TRU last summer and is being promoted from business development associate to business development manager. Haher now leads outbound efforts in evangelizing the TRU brand and value proposition to prospective clients in need of staffing in all of TRU’s core disciplines. “Rachael is the ultimate ambassador for TRU, delivering exceptional client communication, outreach and follow-through,” adds Coseglia. “In a few short weeks, Rachael immediately demonstrated the aptitude and attitude to take on increasing responsibility in driving new business and uncovering new opportunities for TRU’s roster of talent.” Haher will be working closely with TRU’s CEO to lead the business development efforts of the organization globally.

Jeniffer Clemens is being promoted from scheduling coordinator to manager of scheduling and logistics. “Jen has come in and taken complete ownership of the scheduling process for our clients and candidates. She will now run this division within TRU’s growing operations center, a team which continues to help differentiate TRU from other agencies by providing real-time scheduling and logistical services at no additional cost to our customers,” says Coseglia. Clemens’ promotion comes on the heels of the additional hire of Beth Wheeler, who joined TRU in 2018 as an assistant operations manager closely supporting the scheduling efforts of TRU.

Jessica Barr also joins TRU as a manager of recruitment and account management. Though based in Atlanta, Georgia, Barr will support TRU clients nationally with a keen focus on security and privacy attorney placement with the Am Law 200 as well as the Fortune 1000. Barr brings almost six years of agency experience in legal staffing and holds a J.D. from Liberty University.

Lauren Strait is the newest talent scout to join TRU’s recruitment and mentorship program. Strait is on the front lines of the recruitment cycle and supports all of TRU’s managers of recruitment and account management.

“These new hires and four promotions significantly expand and enhance TRU’s recruitment, account management, business development and operational capabilities. As demonstrated in our new titling, TRU has moved away from geographic and subject matter-specific compartmentalization of resources, giving us the ability to pair clients with the best account manager for their needs as well as match candidates with the best talent agent for their needs,” states Annette Habib, VP of recruitment and account management. “Clients can expect quicker delivery of talent, in greater volume and of a higher caliber as a result of our internal growth and maturation.”

The company is also adding more talent scouts to the team this quarter.

TRU’s staff will be in New York during Legalweek and will be taking meetings with both candidates and clients. If you are a client contact Rachael Haher at rachael@trustaffingpartners.com. If you are a candidate contact Annette Habib at annette@trustaffingpartners.com.
