- July & August are typically the slowest months for hiring in privacy YoY, but were the most voluminous in 2023.

Nearly half (42%) of companies that mandated office returns witnessed a higher level of employee attrition than anticipated, and almost a third (29%) of those enforcing office returns are struggling with recruitment, according to a recent Unispace report.
