TRU Staffing Partners Celebrates Ten-Year Anniversary Serving Legal Technology Community

TRU Staffing Partners, an award-winning search firm representing talent and opportunities in cybersecurity, e-discovery, and privacy, today announces that, as of January 2020, the company has reached the exciting milestone of ten years staffing for the legal technology community.

TRU was founded in 2010 by veteran e-discovery recruiter Jared Michael Coseglia who, over the course of ten years, has led the company deep into additional disciplines, specifically cybersecurity and privacy. In that decade, TRU has grown from one to over twenty full-time employees providing recruitment, account management, business development, administrative, and logistical support to TRU’s vast portfolio of clients and candidates at corporations, law firms, service providers, consulting firms, government agencies, and software companies. Part of Coseglia’s vision of the future of legal technology has centered around the demand from both talent and hiring managers for contract staffing augmentation. Today, TRU’s Contract and Surge Staffing programs provide consistent job opportunities, health benefits, and 401Ks for dozens of legal technology contractors in over twenty states and multiple countries.

Most notably, over the last decade, TRU was named an Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing American Company in 2016 (#1043) and again in 2017 (#1189). TRU has also ranked in the top three legal and/or litigation support staffing agencies for seven consecutive years in both the National Law Journal and the New York Law Journal, winning first place for National Law Journal’s 2018 Legal Outplacement/Career Transition Coaching and Corporate Counsel Magazine’s Best Legal Outplacement/Career Transition Coaching in 2016. TRU was also recognized in 2019 as a Hall of Fame recipient in NLJ’s Best Legal Recruiter category.

To celebrate its tenth anniversary, TRU will unleash a massive social media campaign, re-releasing hundreds of pieces of content throughout the 2020 calendar year. Since 2012, TRU has published over ninety articles in over two dozen various industry and mainstream publications from Legaltech News to Forbes. TRU leadership has spoken at forty-nine conferences and appeared regularly on nine different podcasts and webinars. Additionally, TRU provides an original Tip and Top 3 to each weekly TRU Hot Jobs Newsletter and has accumulated over a thousand unique tips and tops. These tips are republished every few years in an online or physical compendium and, when reviewed retrospectively, tell the story of an industry.

“One thing that separates TRU from any would-be competitors is our constant creation of original content geared specifically toward our constituents in cybersecurity, e-discovery, and privacy,” says Jared Michael Coseglia, founder and CEO of TRU Staffing Partners. “TRU is proud to provide perspective and intelligence on those job markets that cannot be found elsewhere. Our value proposition to our community has always aimed to go far above and beyond simply filling and finding jobs for people. We make it our duty to thoughtfully and articulately share what we see and experience in the job market in order to improve the companies and careers we touch.”

This year, TRU will be resharing its favorite and most impactful original content on social media accompanied by new reflections and commentary by CEO Coseglia, adding insight into the advice, trends, and events that have shaped and continue to define the job market. Specifically, TRU will curate and count down their favorite fifty articles of all time, one each week throughout 2020, as well as reflect on a different legacy tip of the week every business day throughout the year.

“We can’t wait to revisit and share our advice, observations, and predictions of the past,” adds Coseglia. To see, read, and share TRU content in real-time, follow TRU on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/company/tru-staffing-part... or on Twitter by following @trustaffingpart. TRU’s full archives of original content are now accessible at https://www.trustaffingpartners.com/ under “News & Events.”

TRU will also be delivering a wealth of new original content in 2020, including additional entries in Coseglia’s two recurring columns: one, in Legaltech News about industry certifications, training, and education; and two, “Coffee with Privacy Pros” in CPO Magazine. TRU’s presence at industry events will continue throughout 2020, with TRU leaders appearing on panels and hosting elite roundtable events at Legalweek New York, IAPP’s Global Privacy Summit, Relativity Fest, OpenText’s Enfuse, and more.

“Thank you to all of the clients and candidates whose companies and careers we have had the honor of participating in over the last ten years,” says Coseglia. “2020 will be a monumental year of change for the legal technology job market. We hope you will join us in celebrating this milestone by reflecting on past perspectives to gain even clearer insight into the future of our industries.”
