TRU Staffing Partners, an award-winning search firm representing talent and opportunities in the e-discovery and litigation support space, today announced that the company has been recognized in the 2014 Best of LegalTimes Readers Rankings, published by the National Law Journal. The company was named the third-Best Non-D.C. Based Legal Recruiter.

This year marks the fourth annual Best of LegalTimes Readers Rankings survey, which compiled nearly 1,500 votes and listed over 500 businesses on the official ballot. The survey is a way for the D.C. legal community to acknowledge those who they believe to be the best providers of products and services in their market.

“We are honored to be recognized by the D.C. legal community in this category,” stated Jared Coseglia, president of TRU Staffing Partners. “Washington, D.C., continues to be one of the fastest growing cities for legal and legal technology professionals to find challenging, competitive and abundant job opportunities. TRU is deeply committed to the talent in Washington, D.C., and the surrounding Virginia area, and we look forward to cultivating and enhancing the careers of professionals for many years to come.”

TRU was recently recognized in the 2014 New York Law Journal Reader Rankings as a Best Legal/Litigation Support Staffing Agency and a Best New York-Based Legal Recruiter. The company was also recognized in the 2014 National Law Journal’s Best of Chicago awards, in which they received first place in the Best Chicago Legal/Litigation Support Staffing Agency category, and third place in the Best of Chicago Legal Recruiter category.

In 2013, TRU was recognized by the New York Law Journal Reader Rankings as a Best Legal Staffing Provider (Attorneys), Best Staffing Company (Legal/Litigation Support) and a Best New York-Based Legal Recruiter. In addition, TRU was named a Best Legal/Litigation Support Staffing and a Best National Legal Recruiter by the National Law Journal in 2013, Best National Legal Recruiter by the National Law Journal in 2012, and has been recognized by the Best of Chicago awards and Best of Washington, D.C., awards in previous years.

TOP 3 Job Market Takeaways From Q2 2020
  • For most alternative legal service providers, the bottom was felt in April and May with all-time lows in net new hires.
  • The privacy job market is coming back strong, but corporations are rethinking and retooling their leadership roles/responsibilities rather than hiring/scaling their middle management staff.
  • ESI companies and law firms are running lean on talent despite rising billables. ESI mid-market staffing remains flat (on hold mostly) for project managers and analysts.
