TRU Staffing Partners, a globally recognized award-winning search firm representing talent and opportunities in data privacy, e-discovery, and cybersecurity, announced today that Sarah Brown joined the company as Chief Marketing Officer. Brown brings more than a decade of experience building and leading high-performing B2B marketing teams at some of the industry’s most successful companies to TRU’s executive team. Brown will lead marketing efforts across the company, solidifying TRU’s leadership position across its talent verticals. Reporting to the founder and CEO Jared Coseglia, Brown will be a member of the executive leadership team.

Brown brings an impressive track record in building and growing marketing practices to TRU, having managed teams for startup to multinational companies. She joins TRU from Legility, where she led global marketing through a period of high organic growth. A journalist for the first phase of her career, Brown transitioned into marketing during the 2008 financial crisis, taking advantage of a transferrable skill set at Exterro, then a start-up looking to grab its first share of the electronically stored information (ESI) tech market. After that, she moved to Epiq to manage corporate marketing through several mergers and acquisitions during private and public phases.
